1. How do I place a order? Orders can be placed at www.itsfinerbling.com. If there is a item that is not on the website or a bulk order then contact us at finerbling@gmail.com and a listing will be created for you. 

2. Can I order in Bulk? Yes, please email finerbling@gmail.com.

3. When will I receive my order? There is a 21-28 day turnaround excluding holidays and weekends as all items are made to order. Orders can be done sooner. If Finer Bling is closed for vacation and a order is placed while closed the 21-28 day turnaround will begin the day the store is back open.

4. Can I have the same design as previously made for another individual? Finer Bling does not duplicate phone cases. We want individuals to have item(s) that are unique to who they are. Clothing items can be duplicated if that item is not specific to another person.

5. I don’t know what design I want on my shirt, jacket, etc. what do I do? You must provide in detail what design you want. I want your item to be unique to you.

6. Is there a special or deal going? All specials will be announced via social media i.e., Instagram, FB, and website.

7. Can I return my items? All items are final sale and can only be re-made/returned if it was a mistake on behalf of Finer Bling. If a mistake was made on behalf of the purchaser then it will be remade at the purchaser’s expense. Size charts are provided and it is imperative that you look at them before you purchase. No returns or exchanges due to sizing. This includes regular orders and The Glitz Box Orders.

8. I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do? Please e-mail us at finerbling@gmail.com asap. You will be refunded and have to place the order again to change the address.

9. Payment Method? Finer Bling LLC accepts all payments via Paypal. Please note, this does NOT mean you have to have a Paypal account in order to purchase. You will receive a payment receipt after your order is completed. We do not accept checks, money orders, cash app, or venmo.

10. I cannot remember what I purchased. What do I do? Please check your email for your order confirmation from the website and/or Paypal. Also, if you have a account set up on the website then your order history is there? Finer Bling LLC will not provide information on a order due to a customer forgetting what they purchased.

11. Shipping? Finer Bling LLC uses UPS/USPS first class or priority shipping. Shipping starts at $10.50 and goes up depending on the weight. Each order will be provided tracking. Click the link for full shipping policy. https://www.itsfinerbling.com/shipping-policy

12. Can I pay after the order is made? No, all orders are custom and items have to be purchased so payment is needed in full, prior to the item(s) being made.

13. Can I change my order? Once an order is placed no changes can be made. Please double check before hitting submit that your order selections and address are correct.

14. Can I combine my order? Finer Bling does not refund shipping on multiple orders. We ship each order separately as combining orders slows down our shipping process.

15. Can I cancel my order? You have 24 hours to cancel an order after placement. Please note the paypal fee will be subtracted if cancelation requested.
