Custom TableZ

Thank you for your interest in a custom table.

Please submit a separate form each table wanted if more than one.

All custom request welcome no matter the organization, team, etc……..

I will take a minimum amount of orders at a time to ensure on-time delivery and an amazing product.

  1. $70 for one color print and paint. Additional cost more colors, etc….

  2. Shipping is $45 based on weight and delivery city. (TX,FL, NV, CA, AZ, HI, WA) will be $5 more.

  3. 6% tax will be added.

  4. A total will be provided, once details are submitted.

  5. Size: Folding table: L 19 x W 15 x H 26 inches (wood).

  6. You will receive a proof to approve via email.

  7. Full payment is due at the time of ordering.

  8. A listing on the site will be created for your order once approved. You will have 24 hours to complete your purchase.

  9. Top of table is only sealed/ Bottom/legs bar is not sealed.

  10. Please note that the sealant will get underneath the table and harden, but it is not visible when looking. This cannot be prevented.

  11. 3-4 week turnaround excluding weekends and holidays.

  12. If you need a rush order there will be a $25.00 up charge. The rush timeframe will be approximately 2 weeks.

  13. We are not responsible for loss, stolen, or damaged property due to the postal service. It is recommended that you purchase signature confirmation. Priority mail service includes insurance for an insured amount up to $100. If any of the above occur you will need to contact USPS to have the matter rectified.

  14. If you want to add signature confirmation there is a additional $4.00 charge.

  15. Tables are final sell, no refunds, or exchanges.
